01.11.2007 :: NEW BUSINESS ORIENTATION

Dear Partners,

Media Systems Ltd. is proud to introduce its new business focus orientation. As a result of the successful market introduction of the Securer and iSetBox product portfolio and following the new political and economical situation in the region after Bulgaria became full EU member, the company has decided to make substantial investments in the design and volume production of own innovative product concepts. The Media Systems product portfolio is addressing the needs of emerging customers with activities in the communication, multi-media and embedded systems technology sectors.

As a result of this process Media Systems Ltd is in process of substantial extension of its R&D department resources adding 10 new highly skilled engineers just for the month of October 2007. In parallel to this the introduction of additional own state-of-the-art production capabilities will be completed by the end of 2008.
This internal structure is providing very solid backbone basis for the design, production and marketing of a variety of own new highly innovative product concepts.
Due to this circumstance starting from the 1st of November 2007 we discontinue our standard distribution activities as Falcom Wireless Communications GmbH exclusive distributor for South-Eastern Europe.

The CSL-3.00 concept is based on the bullet-proofed long-term field experience of the Personal Securer 5.00 core. Using an innovative combination of hardware, embedded software, RF and mechanical design features the CSL-3.00 device is addressing all the needs of high-volume, reliable and cost efficient telematic systems.

For this purpose Media Systems has already substantially extended its internal R&D department resources and is currently building-up own production facilities.
Another major focus of our company policy is put on the further development of our presence on the relevant markets and geographical regions. For this purpose Media Systems has signed an exclusive agreement with MK Synergistic Business Networks (MKSBN, www.mksbn.com ) in Erfurt, Germany, for outsourcing of its global sales activities. MKSBN, represented by the managing director Dr. Ing. Martin Kirilov, is a consulting entity providing strategic business development, sales network management and related Know How transfer services to high-tech oriented emerging companies. Starting from the 8th of October MKSBN overtakes the position of worldwide exclusive sales representative of Media Systems Ltd. MKSBN is 100% integrated in the internal information and decision flow structure of our company.
Dr. Ing. Martin Kirilov, founder and CEO of MKSBN, is an industry expert with greater than 15 years cross-disciplinary experience in design, support, marketing and sales of complex embedded systems, microelectronic components and software solutions.
